This phone supports auto set up but you can also set it up manually if you prefer.

Nokia 6124 Classic - Sync Set Up

The Nokia 6124 Classic comes with SyncML pre-installed and ready to go. To set up your Nokia 6124 Classic to "sync" with your Mobyko Phone Book, just follow these steps:

2. From the Connectivity menu, select "Sync".

• 1. From the main menu, go to the "Settings" folder and select "Connectivity".
• 3. From the Sync screen, select "Options"->"New sync profile" and enter the following:

Sync profile name: Mobyko

Select "Applications" then "Contacts"

Include in sync: Yes

Remote database: contact

Synchronisation type: Normal

• Select "Back" then "Back" then "Connection settings"

Server version: 1.1

Data bearer: Internet

Access point: user defined: [Select your preferred WAP or Internet profile]

Host address: http://sync.cppdatabackup.co.uk/

Port: 80

User name: ----

Password: ----

Allow sync requests: Yes

Accept all sync reqs.: No

Network authentic.: No

• Select "Back" then "Exit" to save the settings

Nokia 6124 Classic - Syncing

Once you've set up your Nokia 6124 Classic as described above, to perform an actual "sync", just follow these steps:

2. From the Settings menu, select "Connectivity".

3. From the Connectivity menu, select "Sync"'

• 1. From the main menu, select "Settings".
• 4. Highlight your Mobyko Sync Profile.
• 5. Select "Options" and click "Synchronise".
• 6. That's it. Your 6124 Classic will now connect and sync its internal phonebook with your Mobyko Phone Book.
