This phone supports auto set up but you can also set it up manually if you prefer.

Nokia 9210i - Sync Set Up

Your Nokia 9210i may not have come with SyncML pre-installed.

• 1. To check if the SyncML application is installed, press the Extras button.
• 2. Scroll through the menu and see if there is an item that says Remote Sync.
• 3. If not installed, you can install it from the PC Suite CD-ROM that came with the phone.
• 4. To install it from the CD-ROM, you will need a Bluetooth-enabled PC or a separate Bluetooth "card" for your PC. For assistance with this, please ask your phone vendor. Most will be pleased to install the SyncML software package for you in store.
• 5. Once you've got the SyncML software package installed, just follow these simple steps to set up your 9210i for synchronisation with your Mobyko Phone Book:
• 6. From the main icon menu, select the "Sync" icon.
• 7. From the Sync screen, select "New" and enter the following in each field:

Default profile: Yes

Profile name: Mobyko

Use: Internet

Internet access: WAP GSM

Host address: http://sync.cppdatabackup.co.uk/

Port: 80

Username: ----

Password: ----

HTTP authentication: No

Data: (leave blank)

Remote contacts: contact (lower case)

• 8. Click "Close" then "Yes" to save these settings. You're done.

Nokia 9210i - Syncing

Once you've set up your 9210i as described above, to perform an actual "sync", just follow these steps:

• 1. From the main icon menu, select "Extras".
• 2. From the "Extras" menu, select "Remote Sync".
• 3. Highlight your Mobyko Sync Profile.
• 4. Click "Sync".
• 5. That's it. Your 9210i will now sync its internal phone book with your Mobyko Phone Book.
