This phone supports auto set up but you can also set it up manually if you prefer.

Sony Ericsson Satio - Sync Set Up

The Sony Ericsson Satio phone comes with SyncML pre-installed and ready to go. To set up your Sony Ericsson Satio to "sync" with your Mobyko Phone Book, just follow these steps:

• 1. From the main icon menu, select "Settings".
• 2. From the Settings screen, select "Connectivity".
• 3. From the Connectivity screen, select "Data Transfer".
• 4. From the Data Transfer screen, select "Sync"
• 5. From the Sync screen, press "Options" select "New sync profile" then press "Start"
• 6. Enter the Profile name "Mobyko" then press "Next".
• 7. Select Server version 1.2 then press "Next"
• 8. Mark "Contacts" and "Calendar" as the Apllications in sync then press "Next"
• 9. For the Address Book database enter: contact then press "Next"
• 10. For the Calendar database enter: cal then press "Next"
• 11. Select "Internet" as the Data bearer then press "Next"
• 12. For the Host address enter: http://sync.cppdatabackup.co.uk/ then press "Next"
• 13. Leave the Server ID blank then press "Next"
• 14. For the Username enter: ---- then press "Next"
• 15. For the Password enter: ---- then press "Next"
• 16. Select "Yes" to activate the sync profile

Sony Ericsson Satio Syncing

Once you've set up your Sony Ericsson Satio as described above, to perform an actual "sync", just follow these steps:

• 1. From the main icon menu, select "Settings".
• 2. From the Settings screen, select "Connectivity".
• 3. From the Connectivity screen, select "Data Transfer".
• 4. From the Data Transfer screen, select "Sync"
• 5. From the Sync screen, highlight your "Mobyko" profile.
• 6. Press Options, then select "Synchronise"
• 7. That's it. Your Sony Ericsson Satio will now sync its internal phone book with your Mobyko Phone Book.
