My contacts have been duplicated when I synchronise - what can I do?

This can occur if you are synchronising with a new phone that already has the same contacts in your CPP Data Backup Address book. To remove these from your phone you will need to delete the duplicated contacts from the CPP Data Backup Address book and re-synchronise.
