You can synchronise more than one phone with your CPP Data Backup account.
If you wish to maintain the same set of contacts on multiple phones, then simply update your account details to get your second phone setup. To do this login in to your account and click the 'Change phone, number or network' option in the top left of Home. From there, click the 'Change phone' button and follow the instructions to update your details. Your current phone and number details will be displayed - if these haven't changed you can leave them as they are and continue with the next page.
Once you have setup both phones you simply need to synchronise each phone to keep your contacts up to date on each phone.
However, if you wish to maintain two different sets of contacts then we would suggest creating a separate account. See below for more information.
You can create more than one CPP Data Backup account. But note, it is not possible to have more than one active account linked to a single mobile number.
For example if you wish to maintain two phones with two different sets of contacts, we would suggest that you create an account for each mobile number. This will keep both sets of contacts secure and will enable you to manage them easily in your online address book for each account.
This is possible, however, only one account will ever be active. If you login to an account which is currently not active you will be sent a PIN via SMS, which you will need to enter in order to verify that you are the account holder.
