If you are seeing a completely different looking phone from the one in your hand then you may have selected the wrong phone when registering or changing phone. To change your phone, click here.
The images are generally taken from the exact phone model you are using so if there is a difference in the theme or look of the icons, or their placement in the menu, then this should not affect the synchronisation.
If you see major differences between the steps provided in the Setup Guide and what you see on the phone and this affects your ability to get set up then please contact our support team so we can help you.
If you are seeing a message on-screen relating to Adobe Flash Player then please follow the instructions. If the page if simply stuck on 'loading' then please contact support to let us know which Setup Guide it is you are trying to see.
